Data Controller: Kitukimoja Campaign Team
Data Collection: We collect your full name, gender, national ID/passport number, county, constituency, ward, and polling information for the sole purpose of campaign coordination and communication.
Legal Basis: Processing is based on your explicit consent given at registration. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the campaign team.
Data Usage: Your information will only be accessed by the candidate and authorised campaign team members. It will not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than this campaign without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Data Security: All data is stored in a secure database with access controls, login attempt throttling, and encrypted transmission (HTTPS). We implement regular security audits.
Your Rights: Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Contact the campaign manager to exercise these rights.
Retention: Data will be retained for the duration of the campaign and deleted within 90 days after its conclusion, unless required by law.
